Rick Solomon, CPA and CEO of RAN ONE Americas
Rick Solomon started his CPA career at a New York City-based international CPA firm before going on to build one of the fastest growing CPA firms on Long Island. He developed and presented his renowned Sell Without Selling sales program to thousands of professionals in seven countries on three continents, helping them add millions of dollars in new business annually. Rick has engaged in lengthy study at the Sedona Institute in Arizona, developing a deep understanding of how to help free people from limiting beliefs and points of view. This freeing process has become the “secret ingredient” in all of Rick’s training programs. He served on the faculty of the esteemed Esperti-Peterson Institute Masters Program, a think tank of the nation’s leading estate planning attorneys. Currently, Rick Solomon is owner and CEO of RAN ONE Americas, a world leader in helping accountants and other advisors build lucrative and rewarding business advisory practices. He continues to travel worldwide presenting inspiring, motivational seminars and challenging thousands of CPAs and other professionals to expand their view of themselves and the value they bring to their clients. Rick‘s message has appeared in almost all industry related publications, including a feature story in the Sunday edition of the New York Times.

Mary Ellen Rosenblatt, Controller
Mary Ellen has been Controller for RAN ONE Americas since 2006, and she brings a wealth of financial and administrative expertise to benefit both Members and Team. Before joining RAN ONE, Mary Ellen graduated from Oswego University with a BS Degree in Elementary Education and became Business Manager for a private school. This led to an on-going vocation for improving educational and business programs at schools, firms and non-profit organizations. She helped create a non-profit Montessori preschool in cooperation with the community, and held a position as Business Manager for the non-profit Stony Brook Child Care Center. She worked at Stony Brook University for 15 years as Financial Manager in the Grants Management Office as well as serving as Director of the Accounts Payable department for the University. Currently, Mary Ellen applies her high-level experience in financial management, business administration and education as Controller for RAN ONE Americas, with key responsibility for not only financials, but office operations, human resources and event management. When she’s not busy supporting Members and Team in these roles, Mary Ellen enjoys gardening, Italian cooking, exercising and fundraising where she continues to participate in the two-day 39-mile walk for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in different cities.
Mike Celada, Director of Member Services
Michael possesses 15 years of advisory experience that he shares with accountants, advisors and other professionals. His career extends back to the days of Results Accountants’ Systems (RAS), a prelude company to RAN ONE. Michael has worked with and advised firms of all sizes, from sole practitioners to large multi-partner firms. He has delivered advisory services to a number of businesses within the SME sector, utilizing not only RAN ONE resources, but the methodologies behind them. Michael has made a niche for himself by finding fresh and innovative ways of using advisory resources in today’s ever changing technological environment. In addition to his Director duties, Michael facilitates CPE and educational webinars and live events for RAN ONE Americas., and is a coach for the Masters Program.

Jennifer Norman, Member Services Manager
Jennifer started with RAN ONE in its early days as Results Accountants Systems (RAS). Now, as Member Services Manager for RAN ONE Americas, she is responsible for training on practice improvement strategies and techniques for creating elite teams, as well as managing the induction process for new Members. Jennifer possesses 16 years of management experience working with startups to Fortune 500 companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Denison University, and a Masters in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She teaches Sociology and Communication courses at the University of Phoenix part-time while working on her doctorate of Management and Organizational Leadership. Jennifer is married and expecting her first child in April 2010. She enjoys dancing, writing, reading, adventure, and traveling. Her adventurous side has led her to engage in sky diving, climbing a 100-foot Redwood and walking across to another Redwood tree on two by two planks, and a photo op on a live bull. Her future adventures include getting a motorcycle license, spelunking in the California Caverns, and doing the bull-run in Pamplona, Spain (of course this will have to wait a number of years).
Lonni Gainer, Member Services Advisor
Lonni Gainer has roots with Results Accountant’s System (RAS) in the early days of RAN ONE’s development as a member of the Applications and Content team responsible for producing new products, services and training resources. He rejoined the RAN ONE Americas team in 2008 as a Member Services Advisor. Lonni is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz and holds a degree in Political Science with an emphasis on classical philosophy. He currently works directly with RAN ONE Members, helping them achieve their goals. Most recently, Lonni took on a special role at RAN ONE Americas, connecting professionals who are expanding into advisory with RAN ONE tools, resources and network support.

Debbi Price, Marketing and Communications Manager
As Marketing and Communications Manager for RAN ONE Americas, Debbi draws on a 25-year background in sales, marketing and the arts to develop out-of-the-box solutions for firm growth. Through creative marketing, writing and graphic design, Debbi helps clients achieve the greatest possible presence, profitability and results. She has enjoyed working with businesses of all sizes, from global equipment conglomerates and non-profit organizations to small homegrown businesses. Debbi graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Long Beach with degrees in English, creative writing and technical writing. At RAN ONE Americas, she currently helps accountants and advisors fulfill their goals through innovative marketing, and serves as editor of the Member-focused Morning Coffee and events@ONE e-newsletters. Debbi embraces the concept of professional wellbeing that is at the core of RAN ONE’s vision for its Members and Team, and she spends as much time as possible enjoying family, friends, nature, literature and travel.
Karen Maggio, Office Administrator
Karen has shared her administrative expertise with RAN ONE Americas since March 2006. She plays a vital role in RAN ONE event coordination, office administration and Member support, as well as maintaining Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Karen works closely with both Members and Team to facilitate communications and operations, and is known by all for her helpfulness and professionalism. She has been married for 20 years, has two children and a Yorkie named Oliver, and enjoys reading, movies and spending quality time with her family.

Carlos Militante, Technical Assistant – Reporter
Carlos handles day-to-day administrative duties for the team and serves as a reporter during company events. He brings a strong background in reporting and editing and has been with the RAN ONE team since March 2011. He graduated from San Jose State University in California with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and has written numerous print and online articles for publications such as AsianWeek and The Official San Francisco Giants Magazine.
