Advisor and then a "locator" to find a local Advisors (even if there is an extra charge to members to be listed on the site).

Profit Improvement Potential (ADVISAPEDIA): Perform a Profit Improvement Potential session. It reviews basic financial info and shows how key modifications can have a huge impact on their bottom line and business value. Consider customer count, customer defection and acquisition, transaction frequency, or average transactions value—items most business owners are comfortable with and understand.

Micro Diagnostic (Business Review- ADVISAPEDIA): Many members have used this as a marketing initiative. It is a great introduction to the advisory process, simple for any business owner to complete, and the perfect way to start or deepen the discovery process.

Personal Goal Assessment (ADVISAPEDIA): This is a simple but effective way to incorporate the personal side of business and start the advisory cycle. Define goals that can be aligned with business objectives, then monitor and manage (both), review against profitability (financial and non-financial). Follow the same steps as listed above for Micro Diagnostic review.
