THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to successfully deliver our services and all information collected is used to improve the content of our web site and services, to permit customization of content and/or layout for each individual member, and for aggregate customer analysis. When services are provided by our business partners, contact information from the order form is shared with that partner. No individual customer information is otherwise shared with or furnished to any third party.

Financial information is used only to bill a member for products and services purchased from us and for aggregate customer analysis, as described in the Security section below. Subscription services for which fees are collected on an ongoing, usually monthly, basis, may be canceled by a member at any time by contacting the RAN ONE office nearest you.

Member data collected by RAN ONE may be transferred between RAN ONE companies where it is necessary to meet the purpose for which information has been submitted. By submitting data on the RAN ONE website you are providing explicit consent to interregional transmission of such data.

This Site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

• RAN ONE makes its consultants and subcontractors aware of our confidentiality principles, and they agree to maintain and respect respondents' confidentiality.
• RAN ONE reports survey findings to others in aggregate form only. We do not report any data permitting identification of individual respondents.

ACCURACY

When personally identifiable information is retained RAN ONE assumes responsibility for keeping an accurate record of the information once a visitor has submitted and verified the data. RAN ONE does not assume responsibility for verifying the ongoing accuracy of the content of personal information. When practically possible, if RAN ONE is informed that any personal data collected through a Website is no longer accurate we will make appropriate corrections based on the updated information provided by the visitor.

CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION

Information and services on the RAN ONE website are not designed for or directed at children 13 years of age or younger and RAN ONE does not knowingly collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.
